Fish (മീൻ) - 1 kg (after cleaning)
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1½ + 3 Tablespoons
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്പൊടി) - 1+ ½ Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1+1+1 Tablespoons
Coconut Oil / Sesame Oil / Gingelly Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ / നല്ലെണ്ണ) - ½ Ltr
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - 1 Teaspoon
Fenugreek Seeds (ഉലുവ) - ½ Teaspoon
Chopped Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - ¾ Cup (100 gm)
Cleaned Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - ¾ Cup (100 gm)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 6 Nos (50 gm)
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 3 Sprigs
Kashmiri Chilli Powder (കാശ്മീരി മുളകുപൊടി) - 3 Tablespoons
Crushed Pepper (കുരുമുളകുപൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Vinegar (വിനാഗിരി) - 1½ Cup (375 ml)
